The Hand

The detail and tonality here are amazing. And it's eerie as hell. Very clever.

It is a magnificent composition. The technical work is excellent: everything perfectly is compensated: the light, the color and the textures. In addition, you have much luck of to have found a so pretty hand.

i disagree with oliver. it wouldn't be such a great photo if we could see an arm and maybe a face. i was thinking about doing a shot very similar to this. i'll see what i can come up with and maybe i'll send it to you or post it and you can tell me what you think. anyways, great shot!

Por cierto, solo con la mano basta, hay que dejar algo para la imaginacion, como tu bien sabes hacer. La tonalidad, asi como la pose de la mano es fantastica. And I would concur with Kenson and Jose, it is better to leave some things to the imagination. I think that I may have darkened the forearm that leads to the bottom-left corner. That way we would not even know from which direction the person is reaching. Very creative and very nice.

This is a loud call doe help. I like the fact you can see only that hand and imagine the resr. LOve the texture, too as if covered with dirt, earth and dust.
