This is a beautiful picture, Julien. The composition and the effect produced by the random blurred reflections created by the water are outstanding. There is a great deal of poetic feeling here, something to let the mind muse upon the image for a while. Something that abolishes time for a short moment. Is it the texture of the side walk underneath the water that gives us the impression that stardust is scattered all over the frame? A beauty of a shot.
