want to use velvia but sometimes find it too exaggerated in the pictures of others; with that in mind, i like the saturated colours here - does that make sense...?

Although not highly original this picture still represents a defining moment. The juxposition and play of colour is brilliant.

This photo was taken about half way up East Canyon, wich is just east of Salt Lake City (and Immigration Canyon). It was taken about 2 months after this one, which looked pretty flat to me and therefor underwent some major photoshopping.

Great shot. A nice example of the use of a telephoto lens to emphasize a part of a landscape. I have to applaud your resolve to carry a 80-200/2.8 around with you when you go hiking. I would love to see larger scans of all your work though.

Congratulations on another stunning image. Your compositions are so strong. Great tree pattern. This one makes me want to get a long telephoto for my view camera.
