I hate it when people give low scores and never explain. As a portrait of a child, you couldn't have a better expression. This is definitely a keeper. I would move her into a more flattering light, where the shadows don't overcast the face, and with a background that is either more blurred or less busy. Otherwise, this is an excellent capture! Vivid colors and no blowout are excellent.

Focus is very sharp, and the child's expression is priceless! The background distracts from the subject though, and I agree with the previous comment that softening it would help to focus on her more. Nice capture :)
