Floating Oil

well if it's italian olive oil it IS liquid gold - nice and unusual effects in the oil drops and the reflections!

Andrea, cause I'm more French than Italian, I'd like to recommend you Baux de Provence French olive oil! ; ))

Andrea, it's Tuscan oil and it is really liquid gold.

A friend of mine makes it for himself a few privileged friends.

this oil-question is a real serious issue and I have the severest judge sitting next to me! So far we prefer Riviera Ligure/Imperia...but we're open to new experiences.

Andrea, this is really a serious issue. I know Ligure oil and it's excellent, but you really have to taste Tuscan oil before deciding for the best. On the other hand, I don't know the French oil Yann names.
