Great shot.... Perfect colors.... Can you PS this to get rid of the contrail in the upper right of the shot? It is the only thing negative on this photo.

I've never seen these trees before, but this is a great shot. Nice colors, light, everything.

They get huge! Very old trees and have been dozed out for new home construction in the Antelope Valley. Shame too. Pockets of them still remain. Being a landscaper I thought you would like these. Guess I was right...

After having lived at Edwards AFB for several years, the contrail seems a very "natural" part of this shot. Great job capturing the heart of the greatest American desert.....

last time i saw these fascinating tree's 2 yrs ago i wanted more time to photograph but was on a time schedule. anyhow glad you put this nice photo up...

Yes I was! When I first moved there, I thought what a hellhole this is. But it grew on me and now I miss it terribly. The smell of the Creosote after a brief rain.....

I am not sure I am so lucky...I really have a soft spot in my heart for the Mojave (MOW-JAVE)....I miss it.

The wind blows harder now then it did when you were last here...LOL.
