I like it too, but 2 things: you should level the horizon, and crop the left edge a bit for a better presentation.

did you push the saturation in Photoshop? The red on the rail and the grass on the beach looks unnatural.

Steve this is another great picture. The colors and composition are just right. As to the comment on color above I am thinking that is caused by the setting sun and based on the shadows it is off to the left and would most certainly cause those colors. The beach, sea and sky all work well is support of the dock.

As to the comment above on the horizon, I feel the more important line that will cause a viewer to perceive a correctly level picture in the line where the beach meets the water. This is the most significant horizontal line in the picture. That line is level and moving the pic to adjust the horizon will change the beach line and I would bet that a lot of people instead of just one will then comment on how level the scene appears.
