Wonderful photo! So unusual. How is your camera? I have been in the Thar Desert of Northern India and have experienced that fine dusty sand.

thanx everybody 4 the feedback. camera's ok. it was drenched in fine dust initially, but i always carry dust removing brushes in my bag. hard task though. it only hurts if u get 2 replace lenses during such situations. dust damages sensor mercilessly. there r a few scary marks that got me worrying now. i hope it works well.

This is an amazing photo. It feels like a biblical scene from a great movie. It is just out of this world. Well done.

Do ignore all these idiots who rate you work low under the cover of anonymity. They always target certain individuals simply because they have a dark hidden agenda.

Umair, superb shot. The only comment i would make is that the baby in the front right does not have enough details to show what it is and is slightly distracting. On the other hand, it adds interest. An excellent shot that requires a stretch to find criticism. Well done.

"Is there a way of abanding idiots who are rating this picture with a 3 or 4?" - Ed de Vlam

I rated 4/4 cause I simply don't like the picture. Looking the PS sandstorm makes my eyes hurt. Actually, I might consider lowering my ratings.

This is an esquisite photo. To those who rate low because they do not " like " the picture I say this, If you do not appreciate fine dining you should eat at McDonalds.

Keep up the great work!

The sand must be such a problem with your camera!

I am having to deal with dirt in my camera after 4 months in Rajasthan.
