Sandsend Sunset

One of my favourite places on the North Yorkshire coast. Converted

to the old reminiscing B/W tone. Comments appreciated.

Pleasing mellow shot.

Beg pardon Keith, but you're at Sandsend and you're looking NE, surely you mean sunrise? lol

This part of the east coast is unique in that it bends right round towards west and many are puzzled seeing the sun set over the sea on the east coast!

You would be surprised how many good photographers have gone to Whitby and said what you have!

I've re-checked my geography! Sandsend coastline indeed faces more N than NE as does my wife's birthplace Saltburn (that I knew). I have yet to be out and about when the sun has got that low there.
