I don't like the poop! Critical, I know; however, with the programs out there for processing photos, I believe, if you 'fixed' the pier's boards, this photo would be awesome! The DOF is great. The colors are good. Anyway, I just wanted to leave a reason as to why I did not rate this a 6/6 or higher.

I love the capture of the bird landing: Excellent!

The cleanup does make a huge difference - I will pay more attention to (photo-hygene?) in my future endeavors.

The only reason I know about how to do that is because I took what I thought was a great shot of some 'statues' at a park in my hometown. Once I had the photos at home, I noticed that the birds in the park had dumped on the statues - very unsightly; so I had to figure out a way to get rid of the mess. I am not very good at it yet, but I am still practicing!
