Nice candid shot. the light seems a bit flat to me, though. A conversion to black and white might be very nice on this shot with the dark to light values I seen in the orginal color.

Very good light and skin tone values. I cannot quite say what it is you need to make this shot jump off the page more, but I think it might be the saturation and gamma level ratings need a slight tweaking.
