delp 0 Posted April 16, 2006 I think the most important element of this image is the composition. How well you fit into the diagonal ... and then comes the beauty of the expression. well done ! Link to comment
bogdan_dumitru 0 Posted April 16, 2006 Master of portraits = Andrew Tan. Beautiful eyes, amazing skin tones, superb expression. The crop is perfect. The DOF is well picked, she shows the right amount of sexyness. Actually a combination of sexy and angel. Amazing. Also, I'm very happy that you keep following my work. I'm honored to have photographers as talented as you looking at my portfolio. I felt inspired by my last two subjects and I thought I could get more of them. If you have a second, please rate (and maybe leave a few words shall you have the time) my latest two photos: the arch of light andthe need to break free. See you on PN, --Bogdan Link to comment

blackdogstudio 1 Posted April 17, 2006 I love the triad of triangles you've composed with here Andrew. The first: her right shoulder; the second: her hairline on forehead as base and her cleavage as the apex; the third: her left hand. Very impressive work in geometry and beauty. Regards, Kelvin. laurentlacoste 0 Posted April 26, 2006 Hi Andrew, you seem to have found your way in fashion photography. You make us feel your interest in your models and your love of aesthetics and beauty in a very human, approachable but also very classy way. Beautiful. Your technical abilities are also very impressive now, perfect control of light, tones and DOF. Cheers, Laurent. Link to comment
pdm 0 Posted April 27, 2006 This is just absolutely perfect. I first saw this about 2 weeks ago and loved it. Last week I saw soemone trying to mimic the look on dpchallenge.com, and I was just floored with how much better yours was. Lighting is perfect; makeup is just right, framing is superb. Congratualtions! Link to comment
duffphoto 0 Posted July 30, 2006 Simply stunning image. As stated many times before, and rightly so, the lighting, sharpness of the eyes, DOF, and geometry make this a great example of how to take amazing portraits. All of the elements draw you in and work so well to make this image so striking. Well Done! Don Link to comment
