the low contrast works well for the skin tone, but leaves the other elements much too flat and unappealing. I think that seeing part of her eyeballs would halp direct my eye to the butterfly and make this a stronger composition.

I don't really have the correct venacular but I don't think the blue background does anything for this piece. I do, however, like the composition and it therefore, scores better for originality

A smile would have been a great addition to this shot...

It looks too posed.

unusual pose, as said, a smile wouldnt have gone amiss,but i like it, nice shot
