Railroad tie, old style.

This shot was for a poetry and photography event (and exhibit). It was created to match up

to a poem called "Blood and rust."

Obviously, for me, it was all about the textures and colors of the railroad tie, along with

the images of physical labor (the blood) that such an object conjurs up. What do you

think?
