Guest Guest Posted April 8, 2006 Nice shot. Good idea in the contrast of using a unsaturated background to highlight the monkey's prominent nose. Cheers! Link to comment
home page1 0 Posted April 8, 2006 Nice detail and pose and I agree that the less saturated bg makes the monkey stand out. Good choice. Link to comment

bogdan_dumitru 0 Posted April 9, 2006 Cherlyn, Again, great capture. Superb pose of the monkey. Did you do selective coloring? The background seems more B/W with a touch of green. Good framing. The tail going out of the photo works wonders for me, not sure why, but I love this detail. Bravo! I have to say I cannot thank you enough for following my work. It's really very flaterring for a beginner like me to get attention from an accomplished photographer like you. I find your ratings and critiques extremely valuable. If you find a moment, please rate and maybe leave a critique onmy latest work. See you on PN, --Bogdan Link to comment
manuelbalea 0 Posted April 9, 2006 Curious monkey Cherlyn. I believe that you have succeeded fullly in the managing of the color, since it stands out fullly in the environment. There is called me the attention the color of the hair of the animal ... it is specially interesting. Good image. Link to comment
