about this one, I guess I will read comments about the panties, or the

necklace. I am fine with these details, as this picture is a "first

try", before I realise this picture with a different model.

next try, there will be less distracting artefacts, I promise.

Thanks in advance for your constructive criticisms !

Marvelous shot, Lionel. I presume this is a composite image? Love the modelling of the light on the side of her body. Unique composition, too.

I love the composition too. The perspective is wonderful. I would like to know if it is a composite as well. Just to know, I do not mind in order to my consideration.

Looking at the light, if it's a composite image (I like to think it isn't), it's really a great work Lionel! The perspective is really wonderful but about the composition, I'm wondering if one step on your right to replace "the lightened window" made by the space between the arm and the body of your model by a part of darker background couldn't have been "nicer". On the other hand, this balances the shot... and of course, if it's a composite image, It's more difficult to move into a virtual place : ))

Sorry all, It seems I have been off for too long ... I was actually in London, and I bring back some nice views.

In any case, THANK YOU, for leaving a few words.

Just to clarify a few wonderings you may have:

- This IS a composite image, that I did in a half hour last weekend.

- This was just a "draft" for a future image, yet to come. I have in my backlog a nude I love, just waiting to shoot the bg.

- I will try this kind of image once again, after I have some sessions with different models.

Hence, your feedback is highly appreciated. Many Thanks to each of you, once again.

Lionel, starting point is a good time for experimenting, so I played a little with cropping here, what do you think?

BTW, I have srarted as well some new work:

I thought about such crop, Pnina. That's good, with one handicap though: I love her hand on her leg ...

I like silky one ;))

BTW, any different view clearly seen through the windows could add a tense atmosphere much more to this photo, though I think you controled exposure very well under such a difficult light condition like this.

Fantastic composition, pose and lighting. The art gallery/museum-like setting is fitting. With all the fenced off areas, your lovely statue has nothing to worry about...except you! Fabulous photo. Regards, Kelvin.

Wilson, I intentionally burned the windows area, when I converted those in BW, because the landscape was rather disturbing to the reading of the shot. Plus, these were not really interesting ... but maybe I should have tried and inserted a mountainscape ? mmm ... food for thought ... Thank you for your comment !

Paula, I agree with you ... but my statue did not agree to remove panties this time, arguing the place was too cold ;)) Always nice to read you, Paula. Thanks !

Hiroya ;)) As I said to Wilson, I had the details, thanks to the high dynamic range of film photography ;) Because of some works outside, I decided to burn out, and increase the magic value of the place. Thanks for your comment !

Kelvin, true enough ! She has to FEAAAAR MEEEEE !!!! ;)) Cheers !!

That's an interesting "caption" that you have under your biography! Whether it is better or not I don't know, but it has a lot to do with intimacy and fusion with one's subject, whatever it be. Now to come to this picture, I love it. The perspective, the converging lines, the handling of the subject matter are all brilliant. I was a little surprised to read that it was a composite. It would make a great photo opportunity in situ. .... now I don't know about your other subjects, but that cat certainly seems to have understood .... :-)

Anik, merci beaucoup ...

John, thanks a lot for your comment !

Intimacy, fusion ... one can't find better words ... Reading Vi's bio, I thought I could summarise this into a few words. Here's how my bio was born ;)

Yes, this image is a composite, I spent quite some time trying to obtain a satisfactory result. Not easy, the full resolution still shows some flaws, but obviously, the current stage is good enough for a reasonnable print.

In situ ? why not ?
There are plenty of beautiful rooms, with a beautiful light, and the places would certainly be "un ecrin a la hauteur du bijou".
This is a "monument historique" and unless I obtain an authorisation to shoot during the weekly rest day, it may be quite difficult to empty this room long enough for an intimate session ... When I first shot this, I had to ask people to stop walking around for a moment.

My feline is a Lioness ...

Oh... I see... I never imagined someone could bring such an interesting association with my bio... ;)))

Lionel, in any case, its flattering to see i could inspire you for another bio! [blushing!]

I was not very good at summarising when I was at school though ;)
