Sunset on Snow

i thought it was sand. whether thats a good thing or bad thing. cool lighting effect but im bored with it. I dont know for sure what the top is, but im assuming their leaves.

The snow does look like sand in this photo. I think the coloring is a very nice touch, but may not be understood by those who have never witnessed a sunset in Antarctica. In my opinion this is a very simple photo, one tht can bore some viewers, and one that can also lead other viewers into deep thought.
