ransford 0 Posted March 22, 2006 This seemed to me to have a watercolor effect with an oriental flavor. Naturally, I avoided the awful 'watercolor' filter supplied with PS. Instead I used blurs, sharpening and layer blending to create this effect, partly accidental, partly intentional, just like watercolor. Comments welcome Link to comment
