That is one beautiful child. The title still does not work for me, however I find the image rather enchanting.

How about "Lost", Howard? That's what I'm thinking of titling this if I enter it in the Art Show.

It is all of the things that other people have said ... a bit creepy, definitely thought-provoking ... and again, a perfect example of your wonderful creativity. You said "many images", though ... the child is one, but are the plants more than one? Very interesting.....

Kim, when I saw the thumbnail of this shot I was already creaped out, even before reading the title. Obviously, the subject is disturbing. After I read your initial exchange with Howard I realized, at least to me, you conveyed exactly the message you intended. Very, very well done and very very sad. I'd say maybe don't show this work to this beautiful little girl's parents.

Lou Ann, this is actually using part of the previous "Seasons" base. Scanned leaf, two landscape shots and added a shot of Ed's niece, Sydney. Jamie, Sydney's mom and grandma will probably see this at some point and hopefully they won't find it too disturbing!
