From what I just read, everything has been said. Congratulations!! I really hope your print is valued in all of its worth at the art show. I would love to see it. I'm just begining with digital photography and will try to follow your example. Good luck and thanks for your comments on my pics.

Thanks, Clara! Lucy, I see I didn't answer your question on the layers. The "secret" to working with layers is to use a low opacity and blend lightly at the edges, then add more and more opacity in the areas you want the layers below. If I get too much, I go back in history and try again or "erase" the little bits that aren't working.

Hi Kim, Thanks for that. Good luck in the exhibition. I'm fascinated by your experimenting in other print papers too. I guess you don't know yet, but what do you expect of the longevity of the inks?

This ink is not archival rated like the ink for the Epson 2200 is, so I'm not sure. I do have prints from a few years ago using this same ink (for the Epson 825) and they still look vibrant and not faded, so I'm hoping it will last quite a while.

Kim, I love this composite and many more of your's. Thanks a lot for your detailed description. I've had some thoughts like this but haven't done anything so nice. I definitely want to play more with composites now. Too much inspiration here for me to handle... :-)
