Thanks Paula - I want this to be my new style and also love this look. I am hoping it will catch on around here. I have fallen in love with seamless paper and plan to buy a rainbow of colors. Stay tune for more to come:-)

Thanks Annie - You've made me day. Please read my recent comment to William under the BW image in this series of my daugther. I was questioning my involvement with PN but you and William have just inspired me to keep sharing. I truly appreciate your words:-)

These shots of Makenna are awesome. I love the lighting and detail. 7/7

I have started using the seamless paper too. I just did some of my girls; they are posted in my March 06 folder. I would love any advice you would have.

As far as photo.net, just remember that photography is based largely on opinion, and the one that counts is your customer base. Not everyone on here is wanting to help others or even be nice. But there are alot of great people on here too!

Stay warm,

Katie

What a lovely photo. It's so beautiful and detailed. I am just starting out, can I ask what lens you used? Also did you enhance the color in ps? I'm going to look at your other pictures.

Hi Michelle - I used my 18-70mm lens shot at 70mm. I shot it in RAW so I adjusted the exposure and contrast some. I didn't do anything with the colors but by adjusting the contrast the colors pop more. I also sharpened a tad. This is my favorite look - crisp and clean. Glad you like it and good luck starting out - my advice keep shooting and shooting and shooting. I swear each session I learn more and improve.
