Where's the green?

I like the idea, just would like to see the central figure a tad more defined.

 

Some time back, I came up with the idea for the Spin Cam and thought it was really unique (check my portfolio for a couple of shots). But then in a Texas Highways, I saw a shot of christmas lights that was done in a similar fashion. I'm curious how you did this one.

 

You picked a good subject here, with the brightest figure being at the center.

I just lowered the iso, and raised the aperture till I had the 1/13 sutter and spin the camera hand held, took about 5 shots to get the supject where I wanted it. Only adjusted the brightness in PS and sharpened it a bit. Hope that helps. jz
