promytius1 0 Posted March 17, 2006 I almost really like this -she's attractive, and it's a nice background, was this planned or a snapshot? I question the cropping, why center on her chest? Why is the watch so noticable? Did you adjust the tonality of this? Her shadow is very light, but the rock in the stream is very dark. Her forehead is washed out. Were there other shots in this session? I think it has potential, but needs something to be really memorable. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted March 17, 2006 It's a beautiful portrait, but some artifacts need to be cloned out, like on her chin. Lovely girl! I like the coloring you chose, too. Link to comment
elizabethknott 0 Posted March 19, 2006 This was actually just a fun trip I took with two friends to get some practice. I am a beginner. Since we were just playing around, I didn't ask her to take the watch off. I know the photo could use some technical work, but I don't have PS yet. It is definitely on my wish list! Thanks for the feedback. I really appreciate your time and advice! Link to comment
greg thompson 0 Posted March 20, 2006 I think this was a good job. The only thing I would have to say is that she almost looks uncomfortable. I don't know if its from the position she's in or if she may have been a little precautious around the water. Any chance this is the same river the bridge in my shot crosses? Link to comment
mark_wearsch 0 Posted March 21, 2006 I agree with Kim on the touch ups. Other than that, I really like the shot. Welcome to Photo.Net! - Mark Link to comment
