Pnina, part of me agrees about more space at the bottom, but at the same time, the focus is on her head dress and wonderful smile, so the close crop is appropriate and well applied.

I agree with the comments re: more space at the bottom; however, I think this is still a valid image. I prefer the skin tones in this one more so than the others for some reason. I love the way the bow in her turban makes a nice angle and the background adds more diagonals.

Wonderful portrait. . I love the glow of her skin and of the turban and her sparkling eyes and smile in contrast to her background. .

I added some sharpening and Levels. I think I overdid it--how about you?

Thanks a lot for taking the time, on my monitor it looks oversharpened and her face color is brighter. her skin tones were darker in reality, and the contrast( with the bg.) looks right to me on my upload.

Anyway, feel free to show what you have in mind whenever you feel you want to express your point of view.
