It might be okay without the phony texture. If you want to degrade the image you will have to do more than that. The absence of shadow detail is annoying too.

 

 

Fingers are what piano playing is about, not shirt cuffs or the tops of hands.

 

The grain is probably attractive in a print. I usually like grain, but it can't save this photo.

 

I don't think this is a successful photo.

Exquisitely beautiful. I can imagine this being done with conte crayon on a nice textured watercolor paper. So nice.
