wogears 186 Posted March 7, 2006 Since I don't know what software Pnina is using, I can't be sure, but if I download the original image and assign Adobe RGB rather than the assumed sRGB, it looks a deal better. Link to comment
aepelbacher 0 Posted March 10, 2006 I could have sworn I commented on this, Pnina. I must say that I like the versions with the higher contrast. It makes the blues deeper and the skin tones more natural. I like the fact that he's looking away from you, but that you can still see his whole face. Link to comment

camilla 5 Posted May 23, 2006 I find this to be a very good portrait. I think the colours are very good and the subject is interesting. Personally I also especially like the trees in the background. As I briefly skimmed through the comments above I'd also like to add that on my screens Pninas photo looks best. The suggested ones look far too dark. I also do not have any problems with dodging showing or artefacts, and I think these details are of less importance anyway. If anybody wants to help out by showing how to do it better, fine, but to judge a photo only by such measures seems like missing the point entirely. Link to comment

That photo was chosen and enlarged (50cm/70cm )by my printer specialist, for his office to hung it on the wall! no artifacts ! and came out very beautiful. Thanks again. Link to comment
