I would like to make two suggestions - The sharp edge of the light falling across the boy's head is distracting. Perhaps he could have moved lower, or closer to the window so that the light from that direction was more even. Second, the parts of his face that are in shadow are too dark. I would suggest either a very subtle fill flash or a reflector to throw some light back onto his face.
