Uhooru 2,207 Posted January 6, 2002 Fwiw, I really love the juxtapostion of the images, and how sharp and clear her image is. The exposure and printing looks great (I'm jealous) and I imagine the actual print must be amazing.CheersBarry Fisher Link to comment
gwen_barlee1 0 Posted January 15, 2002 excellent shot,, and i was also going to use the word juxtaposition, ha, however i do like the contrast in tones, reality, focus, and age between subject and background, good eye Link to comment
noddy_b 0 Posted June 11, 2003 Simply captivating. It's one of those "can't take my eyes out of you" but the "you" in this case is this old woman! Great photo! Link to comment

jon w. 0 Posted December 8, 2003 Ward, you asked me to go through the folders and give some more detailed comments about possible editing. This is a great one, to start with, although it is symptomatic of a more general problem at the level of the project as a whole - considered as a portrait of a community - in that it doesn't contain much contextual info. You need more images that provide that kind of info., I'd say, but keep this one! Link to comment
