Tripod set up at sunset. Self-portrait. I had to jump to get into the shot, but it wasn't as bad a chasm as it appears here.This was taken from a crappy home scan of a not-so-good enlargement of original Velvia slide. The original is much better in all ways than this. :-)

I whole heartly agree with Dave Fosters comments.

 

P.S. Some Kodak picture maker systems (go to Kodak.com for detail if you don't know about the system) are equiped with a Nikon LS2000 slide/negitive scanner. If you can find one with the scanner you can get a pretty good picture of the slide for $5 to $7 in 5 minutes flat.

This could be an exceptional image, but I just can't see the detail on my screen. Nice composition. I would love to see this in larger, sharper format.
