This handheld Niagara Falls shot was taken with my frst SLR, Nikon FM2n with the lens I loved 105/2.5 AIS. I regret selling them both for an autofocus gear. Film Velvia. Taken in the middle of the day

I can see why you miss that lens! I love your choice for D.O.F.. This frame is not only divided into 3rds, left-to-right, but the D.O.F. repeats this arrangement, front-to-back.

 

Wouldn't it be interesting to see this same shot with an extremely long exposure - do you have one?

Ben, Thanks for your compliments. Yes. I like this shot too and I have a 16X20 print haging on my wall.

 

No. I wish, I had a tripod to take some long exposures that day. But, hey, now you got me started on this long exposure water fall project! :-)
