aubrey 0 Posted February 9, 2002 This is a portrait of a photographer (seated). The projected shot was of a friend of his. Comments appreciated. Link to comment
carl smith 0 Posted February 9, 2002 is that little guy in there a photographer? Must have caught him by surprise, photographers hate to be photographed. Well, everyone I know. Link to comment

j_yabrow1 0 Posted September 6, 2002 The SLR in the projected picture appears reversed. Either that or it may be one of an exceedingly rare species of left-handed SLRs ;) I think the photo itself is intriguing & moody. I like the lighting and tones and the contrast of the woman photographer's intense expression vs the sitting photographer's more relaxed (or melencholy?) expression. I'm not sure if I like the wall socket on her cheek though. The composition might be stronger without it. Link to comment
aubrey 0 Posted September 7, 2002 You know, I think you're right that it is backwards -- slide flopped. Of course I can fix that by flopping the final image -- then my eyes will be backwards -- but who will notice. The light socket stays, and the keystoning -- that's the ambiance of it all. As far as another comment on her camera grip: she is an amature with a big lens on a bright beach. Ciao,. Link to comment
owen_omeara 1 Posted March 19, 2003 I happen to like this photograph for reasons I am not certain of. We have all had that facial expression when taking a photograph and I am not certain why. Good job. Link to comment
