nicholasprice 0 Posted February 18, 2006 Hello Pawel I love the composition, but the nose, the nose, the nose! Nick. Link to comment

david robinson 0 Posted February 18, 2006 Pawel I like your choice of B&W here it really helps me to focus on these rich patterns. Facinating... Link to comment
pawel_czapiewski1 0 Posted February 19, 2006 On the serious note. This guy was on the loose on an overcast day. Jpeg and resizing hurts oof areas so it needs a bit more distance to imagine the print. I had a frame with a bit wider range but actually prefer this one. Regards, Link to comment
abintraphoto 0 Posted March 7, 2006 Too creepy - I can't look at it anymore - the eyes keep following me as I move across the room ... ! ... Show us the other one - we'll decide which one is preferred ....... smile. Link to comment
pawel_czapiewski1 0 Posted March 8, 2006 I'm not allowed to have preferences of my own? I'll see what i can do. Link to comment
abintraphoto 0 Posted March 9, 2006 Cool - at 1st I liked your preference better too - then looking closer, it appears to me that you could crop this almost the same but with the nose more in-focus ? - methinks .... Thanks Pawel - for humouring me - (-; Link to comment
pawel_czapiewski1 0 Posted March 9, 2006 This guy was large, but years ago we've had his cousin twice the size visiting our campsite in Algonquin Park (Canada). They seem like visitors from the past. It looks like this one got stuck in the queue :-) Link to comment

carsten_ranke 0 Posted March 11, 2006 Absolutely stunning ! Perspective and contrast are just great, tones are spot-on. The OOF nose issue could be worked around with a composite of both version (matched for size, of course), masking for kind of focus bracketing. A bit tricky, but worth the effort IMO. Link to comment
