Very nice indeed. The way the lighting lights up the sky is managed well. I also like the fact that this is strictly sky without the usual land low in the frame. The colors are enjoyable too. Nice job.

Being a huge fan of lightning, I can fully appreciate the effort that has gone into getting this spectacular shot (and not get killed in the process). Thank you for the congratulation. This was in fact my first time taking lightnings.

I took that shot from my balcony facing the Malacca straits during the end of the monsoon. The expo time what 3.6s, aperture f1/4.5 and focal 18mm.

It was the end of a strong storm on top of the sea.
