Preparing for vacation in a few weeks and remembering last year

Last years vacation was a blast. Going again in two weeks, and

can't wait.

 

No filters, no Photoshop, just real natural light

Too much wasted space at the bottom. Lose about 1/3 of the bottom of the photo and it would make a much better impact. Otherwise, very nice shot.

All too often photographers get caught up in 'rules'. This photo shows, I hope, someone who knows when to break the rules. No rule of thirds, no horizon tweaking. This is simply a lovely picture and a strong composition.

I like it the way it is -- I'd leave the water in.
