Bellagio lamp

Picture postcard pretty town of Bellagio off Lake Como. This is the vertical version of a

previous post. I think the vertical fits the shot better.

Wonderful perspective. I did not see the other shot, but it is hard to imagine anything surpassing this excellent photo. The colors are superb also.

It is lovely, the lamp really heightens visual interest. Agree with you about slight CCW rotation. Not sure matt of white is right - sky blends in top. Perhaps reds could be desaturated a few points(?) Well done - very tidy and technically strong.

I appreciate all the critiques. Thank you. I have uploaded a revision, correcting for the tilt. I also noticed the problem with the sky blending in and have changed the frame.

Excellent perspective. A great picture postcard shot of a beautiful town.

I love this vertical comp vs. the other previously posted. It really suits the image well and I particularly like the way the lamp extends into the "open space" so that you can really see its elegant details. Lovely reds and greens in the flora really add pop to the image. Nicely done. BTW your portfolio is a visual treat. Would love to hop into any one of those photos for a nice long vacation! Leslie
