As one who has lived much of his life among the crags of North and South America, let me say that this is one of the best mountain shots that I have seen.

This is certainly a great perspective. Makes me feel like I'm going to fall over. I just think it looks a bit washed out. It needs more contrast and range. Here's an example.

Will, sorry, but I do not like your example. In the original you can see some kind of haze witch adds depth. Yours has a distinct halo around the stones. I do agree that just a little bit of extra color would be nice. rgds
