ddeacon 0 Posted April 17, 2011 She seems remote from the image of her - as though separate. She looks beautiful with her slightly Mongolianesque face and freckles. Her lovely eyes though show her to be sort of not there. All the more intriguing for it. A lovely shot and I think one of your best. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted April 17, 2011 There is no grain here, if we look carefully there are clearances between a mass and and another and this is call noise, noise isn’t grain and caused by a different reason that what causing the grain. We have to differentiate between the two and we have to know what causing each f them, although the grain if there is any for this sort of portrait and with such face and in moderate ratio, would have been expectable, infect it would have given this image more creative touch, and would have enhanced its appearance. jkilgo 0 Posted April 17, 2011 Ahh the freckles...a face without freckles is like the night sky without stars...but I digress...much to like about this portrait for sure...okay she's having a bad hair/wig day, but so what. This is a very nice portrait...beautiful tones and textures, piercing eyes and wonderful demure epxression...nicely composed. I really like the soft Rembrandt lighting, but my only nit is that image is a touch dark for my taste...just a matter of preference. Nicely captured. Link to comment
