This is a really nice image, The two girls take the eye out nicely to the sun ray, which leads to the sun. Very effective. Like their placement in the frame as well. Thanks for the comment.

Beautiful shot Jacqueline! The sun and reflection in the background, the girls and their attention to where the're walking in the water and the warm colors all come together in natural harmony to create a lovely composition. Very well done. (Are they your daughters?)

Yes Gary~ they are my girls. Thank you for your nice words.....this was a special night! We had been practicing my first upcoming portrait session...they did a great job helping me. We walked through the bay as the sky turned orangy rose and illuminated everything. It was quite beautiful.

So many of your beautiful pictures seem to set a scene and then leave it empty. Here the stunning peaceful sunset is given the vital human ingredient which allows us to experience it fully by imagining being in that situation, with our feet in the water.
