seven 0 Posted February 3, 2006 A graduated filter would have served you well here : it would have controlled the flare in the sky and given you more time to expose the foreground correctly. I can't make out much detail in the shadows. Link to comment

ian green 1 Posted February 10, 2006 the view produces a strange vision of people walking by the sea shore right a top of nowherei'd hate to suggest banality like 'crop the bottom part'and proposing usage of non-existant filter alsoso i think there's one way to turn this photograph into dramatic imageburn/darken the left-upper part of the sky to level the sky brightness and keeping the sun and the sea flare the only bright parts of the imageand positivle left as much of that dark area as possible but decenter the horizon line ....and keep the blue color ;) Link to comment
