On the River Bank

Very impressive river bank with interesting lines. I love the sharpness and contrast of this golden landscape under the strong light.

 

And I'm glad you and your camera survived the heat of 37C. :))

Thanks to both of you.That voyage is difficult to define as "enjoyable".. Conditions are tough, nearly no infrastructure, especially in rural areas. no roads, most are sand and dusty ones. anticipating it ,all my photographic gear was covered with nylon pouchs...

 

BUT, it was most interesting and educational as a visit to what is called "the third world".not easy emotionally.

 

Hiroya, it was an antithesis to my delightful visit to your country.

Hiroya, that is a hard place for every one coming from the west.

This is great, Pnina! Does the river have significant tides? These look like sort of tidal pools. Anyway - I really like the browns ... for the photograph, the water and dry land blend with the boats. Another wonderful shot!
