comments greatly appreciated.

I think your shot is beautiful, and I like the caption. I also think it's neat that you have the rainbow thing going on in the upper right.

 

I played with your pic a bit to brighten the shadows (foreground). What do you think of this version?

Yes, thanks teffy, your comments and work is greatly appreciated. I never even noticed the rainbow in the upper right corner; it was on my third or forth roll of film EVER so I surely didn't concentrate on much except the placement, and I don't even think I did a good job on that. But anyway, thanks for the suggestion-on all my photos-I have learned much from them.
