Bald Eagle taking off from tree

I spent about a week on the lookout for bald eagles (not in the best

places, admittedly), and eventually found them on my last day.

I like the way the directon of the dead part of the tree and the leaves below reinforce the feeling of motion. Good shot - definitely worth the wait I wanted to write "forward-motion" but this text box is buggy
