Mesange a tete noire (Parus atricapillus) - Black-capped Chicadee

Any comments would be appreciated. For this photo, I was at about 2-

3 meters of the subject (They can be easily apporched). This photo

is not cropped and resized 30 %. What focal distance should I use to

get the same frame at a distance of 30 meters ? Not ten time the

focal distance !?
