kslonaker 0 Posted January 29, 2006 Excellent photo. I think you achieved the scale and detail you were after. Very nice! Link to comment
marcadamus 1 Posted January 29, 2006 Thanks all for your comments. My PS work took less than a minute here and was limited to levels adjustment and removing a partial snowshoe print I carelessly left below. The darker background hills are from the ND grad - I like the effect personally. The exposure was F14 and 1/4 second. Thanks again. Link to comment

marcadamus 1 Posted January 29, 2006 Steve, thanks. I hate the 120K size limits in P Blink. You can't evaluate an image on that. I can't even post some shots there. Link to comment
varret_tibo 0 Posted January 29, 2006 I don't know the place but I don't see how one could get a more beautiful picture than this... Bravo Link to comment
marcadamus 1 Posted January 30, 2006 Thanks. There is no horizon line. The lake is round. Link to comment

mike_bonsall 0 Posted January 30, 2006 What a wonderful image. I love the way you've (just about) kept the tree tops and central 'island' clear of the rim of the crater. Plus the snow ridge leading into the picture...and the light. You must have known you had something special when you pressed the shutter on this one Link to comment
