I think you need to decide what your subject is. If it's a woodland scene, then it's fine the way it is, except perhaps for the out of focus grass in the bottom left corner. If it's the bird, then it does not command the image. I would crop the grass above the branch on the top, leaving the branch to frame the shot. I would also take off about 1.5 on the right, as this is dead space. I'd also crop out the out of focus area in the foreground. It's an interesting bird.
