Bill, this was taken at the swimming pool area of Mandarin Oriental Hotel overlooking the cityscape. I actually did a 3 stitched panorama which covers everything, check it out -

My only regret was not having enough time to set up a tripod for better resolution during that spectacular moment.

I knew it! The Mandarin Oriental is where I stayed (I wasn't paying, obviously). I took shots from the pool but I could never find this unobstructed a view. The panorama looks fabulous also. You really got something special here. However, now that I see how much of an angle the second theater sits at, I see why you had to chop it in this version.
