puck 0 Posted May 1, 2007 hello geir i have been admiring both your pictures on this theme. please would you shed some light on the post processing. i am keen to about the lighting to be precise and wondered if you have adjusted contrast to a great extent. when i first looked it seems this was taken during daylight but of course the stars made me curious and i read the rest of comments made to see this was indeed a stary moodlit night. a magical composition. Now, we have the sun setting from the left, shadows of the trees indicating a light source from the right (too early for the moon to be that bright) and a shadow cast by the boat indicating a light source from the stern (back) of the boat. You've even added the star motion, nice touch. Very curious. Link to comment
