Shadow Poem

This reminds me of the calm and peaceful feeling I got on solo cross-country ski outings

after work when I lived in Bavaria.

I am surprised I am the first to comment on this. I find this beautiful. I appreciate a lot how the diagonal shadows effectively frame the -already elemental- image, and the way the blurred and dreamy nature of the shadow is justapoxed onto the texture of the snow.
