Beautiful shot! The smooth and foggy water makes this a dreamy scene. I assume you have used a longer shutterspeed for this effect. Please let me if I am wrong.

Nice capture and beautiful colors, CHiPs. I am wondering how the image may look if you composed for the top left corner, cropping much of the right and some of the bottom; I wanted to bring the boat in and show the colors a bit more.
