Blue Mountain

When I first printed this many years ago the older German man who ran the darkroom

insisted on turning it upside down and exclaiming, "Ein blau geberge?" I turned it back a

couple times, trying to show him that it was light streaming over a ridge in Norway, but he

was adament about the blue mountain. Finally I agreed with him just to get the print out of

his hands. The next day I went back and added the moon and realized I prefered his

vision/version.
